If an unforeseen mechanical issue grounds your aircraft within 10 days of departure, our team deploys immediately to source a replacement aircraft of the same — or larger — jet category.

Cost difference covered up to 100%
We cover the price difference between your original charter and the replacement — including ancillary costs like commercial tickets or hotel rooms.
